What Does the Campus Look Like?

The Charles E. Lakin Human Services Campus made a drastic change in the neighborhood around North 16th Street and Ave. G in Council Bluffs. The campus consists of five buildings, The American Red Cross, The Salvation Army and The Boys and Girls Club who share one building, Heartland Homes, Heartland Family Service and the MICAH House.
